Re: Get This Sorted 2013-10-9

Apparently Pablo hadn't seen it until this week. (I hadn't either.) It just clicked in... Pablo just saw it this week? Wow... I didn't happen to see him comment on it. Did he say anything on the forum, or perhaps on Facebook? Facebook. He liked it. :D Linky, please? (I can't seem to find him on Fac...

Re: Get This Sorted 2013-10-9

Of topic, you guys should check out this Nudge and Phix chase video . :D Thank you kindly. I worked hard, to get to that point. And even then, there are a few places where I feel there is a split-second discrepancy between what I was looking to achieve and what I managed to achieve... But it certai...

Re: Get This Sorted 2013-10-9

Of topic, you guys should check out this Nudge and Phix chase video . :D that song mix, and timing of the scenes/panel changes was great!, the first time thru when I watched it, there were a few spots where I was listening to the music and anticipating the next panel, but it felt "off" so...

Tar wasn't a demon, no. It's was a human evil. ETA: Oh, the post-Becky-meds interaction was http://wapsisquare.com/comic/took-the-phone/ (which I'm pretty sure I saw linked recently, but that must have been an other thread). (I don't think we've seen Phix outside the library since then. Unless her ...

Re: Rescued a Girl 2013-10-07

Tina rightly fears Phix's reaction to this. I think Tina understands that her continued existence is tolerated by Phix, who is just waiting for Tina to step so much as a pinky out of line, even though Phix seems to actually like Tina. I was under the impression that Phix' attitude towards Tina was ...

Re: Fresher Already 2013-09-30

Actually, all that's missing is a period at the end of the first line. With it, it becomes: "No, I just facilitated that. It was Tar's worst fear." Then it works just fine. Yeah... funny thing punctuation... a simple dot can completely change the meaning or perception of a statement. The ...

Re: Fresher Already 2013-09-30

The wording in Monica's bubble in the first panel sounds a little off... just the way she says "I facilitated that it was Tar's worst fear"... It might sound a little better if she said "I just facilitated that which was he Tar's worst fear..." making it sound that she actually ...

This tar is nasty. was it borne of emotional trauma or did it appear by other means? Models are known to smoke to control their weight. With tar this bad she must have been chain smoking with no filters. http://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/31.gif It just occured to me yesterday: I don't...

"Tanta" Hm looks like a derivate from the Dutch "Tante" (Tán`tuh) odd, reading that." Could be, it is the Icelandic version of the word. Or possible old saxon or low english? There are a fair number of connection to old england, wales, etc. Also German. It's common for memb...

Terabyte external hard drives are way cheap and work nicely. I have a 1TB Western Digital I use for major backups regularly. It's enough for several incremental layers as well. Some 16-32 Gig flash cards are nice to have around too. "Blessed are the pessimists, for they shall have made backups...

TANSTAAFL - There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Isn't that always the case? I think that's pretty much the base assumption... I have, for years now, learned that when you see the word 'free', look for hidden cost. Ditto. You just have to compare the hidden costs, to determine which "fre...

It costs nothing to register. Unless you have huge files, it's not an issue - and they're there indefinitely. That's just it: they are NOT there indefinitely! Unless someone, anyone, looks at an image at least once during the span of a year, that image will be deleted, unless you happen to have a p...

What about the little yellow frog ? That's my secondary site... One thing that bothers me about that site is the non-permanency of images: How long will my uploaded files be available? Reminds me of the Lost in Space (1998) movie: Major West: I'm going to try to break us out of the atmosphere. John Robinson: No, we don't have enough core material for that. Major West: Well, maybe if we catch one of the thermal... John Robinson: No, it won't work. I *know*. We have to go... down. T...
