Oh, BTW - i found something in your yard...

Got the lawn mowed for the first time this year Saturday.

There's a nice little fenced back yard where the girls play and where we plan for them to romp with the puppy we're getting (against my better judgement, but that's another post).

He found a rattlesnake.

Re: Be Okay 2014-04-11

One of the many, many side jobs I've done over the years is making and decorating cakes. A little while ago, a lady was having a My Little Pony themed baby shower and ordered a cake from me. It was of a freestanding pony figure (I have no idea which character: a silvery unicorn with lavender hair),...

Heh. During final pre-production testing of the Omnirizon, when comparing it to the Rabbit, even Chrysler engineers sometimes mistook one for the other at a quick glance.

Re: Call It Even 2014-04-10

I don't think Dylan (the pizza delivery girl) still works there any more. That's an awful long time to deliver pizza. Unless, of course, she's related to Mercury. That gremlin may just be the modern manifestation of G'pas magic sneakers. Not a Gremlin, I owned one and the hood on that car is too sh...

Things that re-affirm my low opinion of human nature

This is so incredibly sad, but things like it happen all too often: Mickey Rooney's Body Remains Unclaimed Due to Messy Family Feud The body of Mickey Rooney, the “Andy Hardy” film star who died Sunday at age 93, is at the center of a family dispute that has prevented the actor's body from being cla...

The inertial dampeners at the Library must be off. Naah. Kath was just having a bit of fun... running through the Library, and then sliding into the portal in her stocking feet. :) How do you get the screeching sound effect on sand in stocking feet?! Same way Burt Reynolds films get tire screeching...
