Re: March 12, 2020 (aka COVID-19 thread)

Those who have contracted the virus have found complications that are rather long-lasting. One of the most common ones is breathing issues. Don't be surprised if the number of asthmatics in the US increase tenfold within the next several years.

Re: Looks as if the board software...

We don't save daylight here in Arizona. We have too much of it as it is. :)

EDIT: and it correctly put the time of posting down, so whatever it is, there ain't no bugs on me.

Re: March 12, 2020 (aka COVID-19 thread)

As of Sept. 19, 2020, Okanogan County in Washington had a higher percentage of active cases to population (2,424/100k) than Pima County in Arizona (2,282/100k).

Pima County, which houses the University of Arizona in Tucson, has a population nearly 25 times that of Okanogan County.

185,870 from here.

And considering that Arizona's death total from COVID just hit 5,000 on Saturday, I'd ask you to double check your sources.

Re: March 12, 2020 (aka COVID-19 thread)

I am generally pessimistic when it comes to the state totals (and on top this, I'm not 100% certain about the totals, either), but...

I can say with some certainty that it appears that the state of Arizona hit its "plateau" back on the 8th of July.

The False Positive thing is why they usually have you quarantine for 10 days after a test, even if you are asymptomatic.
