When I tore up my rotator cuff, following the physical terrorist therapist's ( ;) ) instructions exactly apparently resulted in 90% recovery, when they'd been predicting 50% . . . doing PT right after taking the pain meds seemed to help, too.

Hopefully it's not like the Chevy Citation where you had to change the transmission fluid and filter when you changed the oil or the transmission would fail and it was not covered under warranty.
