Re: More Stuff

And of course, it's even worse when the stuff getting all poofy are actual explosives! During WW 1, an ammunition ship in Halifax, Nova Scotia went kaboom - 3 Kiloton worth -- the largest non-nuclear explosion ever prior to nukes. Hiroshima was 14 Kt, Nagasaki was 20 Kt by comparison. They'd still be nice looking, but not as dangerous on the road :) Still... unless a whole bunch of stuff was upgraded, have fun finding parts when something goes wrong... I'd still love to have ...

Re: * cricket * cricket *

I'm dealing with the wife and kid being in Detroit to clean up after my FIL's death, trying to build a new server to move all the hosting to, and a variety of needy customers - as well as trying to get people to pay me :) Baseball bats are great for that last one, if you’re not too scrupulous. :P C...

Hey, I just (over the last 3 days or so) put a new story up in fan art...
Yes1, and kudos on that. When I came across it you'd posted up the first two parts and I wanted to reply- but I didn't want to interrupt.

Well done btw.

I took fairport's comment to mean less about Pablo and more about US, as we've been known to fill in the down time so as to avoid a Wapsi Vacuum.

Re: More Stuff

It was a 'T' type intersection, but the lanes in one direction are at a lower level than the ones the bus in the video is traveling on.

So the oncoming car was vaulted upwards by the difference in height between 'northbound' & 'southbound' lanes.

B) I'm pretty sure I need a good reason to upgrade my hardware, this might be enough of a push (excuse) to get a soopy-doopy video card and wrap a PC around it. ... Such lighting detail doesn't come cheap for the moment, though. The lowest-end RTX cards that Nvidia recommends for real-time ray-trac...

Re: Quake II gets a reDraw

OK, that sounds like i was shilling for the product but the reality IS: A) I used to play a LOT of Doom/Quake/Wolfenstein, back in the day. B) I'm pretty sure I need a good reason to upgrade my hardware, this might be enough of a push (excuse) to get a soopy-doopy video card and wrap a PC around it....

Re: Can I borrow that book if you're not reading it?

I'm not a pedo-o-phile (as in Foot Fetish) but drawing hands and feet are hard.

That said, even though there is so much other goodness here, when I saw the full rez version of this on eBay, I noticed the foot in the air and how well it's perspective and ratios were.

Well Done Pablo.
