Re: 2023-05-04 Seriously

And Tina is sporting a new look. Tina has dramatically changed the most, of the characters I can think of. With the exception of Katharine who, I think was clearly evolving from a very introverted personality. Tina's buzz cut Mohawk look was the most jarring and then, when I got over the shock of th...

Re: Tales from the Tabletop

When I was in school. I had a bunch of friends who played a lot. I never reached critical mass. So do you pick a player type out of standard roles?

Re: Fan Art Post attempt...

I think it's supposed to be Castela - much more strongly reminds me of Willow, a character from the early conception of Twokinds that (so far) has never made it into that comic. Yeah. I based the designs on the "Kimodameshi" animation. I liked Castela's look there. But looking at the comi...

Ah! So I found out you can delete attachments, so I deleted some old imagery before I tried posting the last one. Probably didn't need to, but best check e'm out while you can now that I found out I have user power! ;-)

Hope all is well!

Re-Captcha woes...

So back in January I congratulated Dave on gradua... I mean retiring. And the next time I logged in I seemed to make too many mistakes and I kept getting this error too many attempts you must pass re-captcha test. But there was no test to be found. I've been wrestling it since. Then today I turned o...

Re: Fan Art

A few days ago someone posted a comment about Calista singing the "Nobody Likes Me" song. That seemed like a cute idea for Monica to do to break the ice when she found her. So, I did a comic remix There's a new sound The newest sound around The strangest sound that you have ever heard... ...

Re: Non-Wapsi Art

Last year I learned about "panotools", which has a much more flexible and sophisticated image-matching and blending capability, and have since switched to using a panotools-based script for this job. It's freeware on Linux and similar POSIX-based platforms. There could be a WIndows port o...

Re: Non-Wapsi Art

The first time I had the electrical version, the pain went away for a single day, and repeated treatments only increased it to four days max. After I had gotten my body set up for acupuncture, the relief lasted at it's longest, six months. I'd probably have to start over with the weekly treatments,...

Re: Non-Wapsi Art

I tried the Intuos, but it was HUGE. I like my Graphire(when I have it charged, and my CT is not bothering me), because it is wireless, and I can literally "lightboard" my pencils while having it projected onto my monitors, it fits in my laptop bag, it's light, and for me, I like tiny. So...

Re: Non-Wapsi Art

I dabble with CG art, but rarely deal with digital drawing. it feels so odd and clunky compared to the tools I am used to using. If you have drawn with traditional medium for over three decades like I have, a digital pen(even the custom ones) feel clunky and chunky. Agree that the pen/brush/paper e...

Adding to Atomics great advice - "If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right." Henry Ford As you drive the road of life, and you reach a fork in the road... take it! My advice: draw if you enjoy drawing. Else, you won't enjoy it! >_< OK! Here's the final t...

Re: Crowdsourcing

And I could swear I saw Paul draw some stick figure Wapsi Square? I don't think it was too long ago?! He occasionally does stick figures as "Shelly-vision", and sometimes in other ways and for other reasons. http://wapsisquare.com/comic/like-heroes/ Ah! "Like Heroes" was the one...
