And this one too, on Paul's eBay now...
Why is her hair blowing left and her skirt blowing right?
A remarkably gifted Lady, even though the light breeze carries her hair to the left she has the ability to aim her flatulence with enough force to counter the wind's effect

Re: Welcome to Marwen

Actually, what gives it away is the extremely shallow field of focus- this is a macro-shot, meaning the figures are less than a yard from the lens... it can also mean that the f. stop is 1 or less, but that would indicate a DAMN SLOW NEGATIVE (like ASA 5), but given color in the 1940's, that is not ...

Welcome to Marwen

I know I never post here, but this I cannot ignore and here is the only place it can go on the forum- Mark Hogancamp was my mentor in WWII miniature photography. I met him online in 2006. As I learned his story, I was astounded by what he faced and how he faced it. One of his photos has gone viral s...

Re: A Stable Relationship

Flouting tradition, I know, but c’mon, they may just feel a big shindig is just asking for something to go boom somehow. WHAT?!?! When have we ever lost control of a situation? More seriously, FINE read end to end, Warrl - BRAVO! Even more amusingly, the only single-species marriage on the Alexande...

Re: A Stable Relationship

Whelp... there's gonna be another big shindig at the Alexander-Richer digs... Sarge will play "the wedding march" on his jawharp with 'Bubba' Jenkins doing back-up playing the bass on his suspenders. Then they will do that all-time favorite, "Your wife's been cheatin' on us again," with 'Saw' Bones ...

Re: Garden Find

The Pun Jar has given up trying to collect and is putting out contracts on Dave and I... And it just isn't fair. All of us are supposed to be able to cash in the occasional "No Pun Intended" credit token, aren't we? The last few times I tried to use one, I was told that they "simply weren't believa...

Anyone cares to try their luck with the wretched things, I have several dozen of the that travel through my back yard on a regular basis. Between them, the birds, the turkeys, groundhogs, raccoons and the occasional mangy fox...it’s not a quiet place. Leave the hummingbirds alone, though. It takes ...
