Heh. Rumor is the only known way to spread (mis)information at speeds faster than light.

(At least, that's what I heard...)

Considering my avatar is a badger... Not sure I like the idea of badger traps. Unless you intend to trap them in with me. Hee hee hee. Please do consider saving at least their fingertips... we can feed those to the wolverines. I've got no sympathy for scammers, spammers, and authors or us...

With new members, this only means one thing, time for the Paranormal Club to go out, and have wacky hijinks! Ummmm, that is, go and investigate some paranormal phenomenon. Yeah. Since they already know the basics of what the Club has discovered the hard way, they may also know enough additional new...

A-OK to all of that! I will be in the road a fair bit through the next week or so, but should have online access through most of the time and will keep my eye on the forums and the moderation queue. What's your preferred response to spammy postings? Just leave the posting in the moderation queue, or...

Yoiks! Well, I am indeed honored!

I'll go chase down the current phpBB documentation and give it a read over the next couple of weeks, to make sure that if I accidentally shoot anything at all it'll be my own foot rather than anything important hereabouts.

Re: Request for a flavour.

I tried, entered the kaptcha, and failed. Noticed three things: "Password: Must be between characters and characters" - something is misconfigured with the password length information as it didn't say what the limits are. Many of the registration attempts failed with an SQL overload problem (too man...

Something very neat has happened in my town lately. It borders on San Francisco Bay, and part of the city property is still wetlands and wildlands. There's a city park there, which is home to members of an endangered species - the Western Burrowing Owl. The owls haven't been doing well in recent dec...

Oh, man... sorry to hear that you're on the injured list. There's only so much humor to be had in spectacular pratfalls... and that "so much" is "very little" when you're on the blunt end of one! All the best to both of you... and please do keep us advised! :D (especially as to the location of the L...

And, what's with the tall young lady's eyes? They've gone even more swirly than Tina's.

Is this just due to sheer amazement at Scarlet's awesomesauce nature, or is it a key to her nature as a Para, or is it just an arptical allusion?

Plus, I bet a dollar at least ONE of the kids in that school district will replace the harmless file with a less harmless one at some point, just to screw with the school. I will not take that bet. I was an inventive high school nerd once, myself. This situation is leaving itself open for all sorts...

They're SUPER nerds! The highly concentrated version! Hopefully they'll ease off a bit in the future or they'll be hard to take... What was Otter's line, during the pledging scene? Something along the lines of "When I was a freshman, I was so obnoxious that the upper classmen would beat me up daily...

Ok. Who are these two, how did they get so far out ahead of the rest of the gang in the field of esoteric ghost research, and from which parallel dimension did that apostrophe escape?

I'm not entirely sure whether that particular bit of wordplay requires you to make a donation to the Pun Jar, FreeFlier.

Perhaps you should contribute to Hiroshi's condominium fund?
